Vetting Form

People who wish to be added to the Practitioners page can fill out a vetting form. This is the only personal information we collect from our visitors, except for data that provides basic analytics for visitor numbers and which country they are from.

We don’t share your data with anyone.
The only personal data we collect is from those going through the vetting process.

How long we retain your data

For practitioners that fill out the vetting form on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their form. Website administrators can also see that information and it will be held until the person requests for it to be removed.

What rights you have over your data

If you have sent information via this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Please read the section ‘How long we retain your data’ above with regards to any information given by visitors to this site. Visitors filling out the vetting form will be checked through an automated spam detection service –hCaptcha, which does not process the information your provide or retain it.
